There are a number of excellent primers designed to provide substrate and intercoat adhesion for Teflon* topcoats. The water and solvent based products allow for processing flexibility for you specific project.
It is important to remember that a FDA conforming primer must be used in conjunction with FDA conforming topcoats to have a complete FDA conforming coating system.
