We rolled out our new website and our new blogging series will be a resource for learning new functions and features on www.intechservices.com.

The Connect option in the footer menu on the new website features all of Intech's social media outlets. You can quickly connect to the Intech Insider blog, Intech's Facebook page, our YouTube channel, and press releases. Social media is a great way for Intech to give coaters up-to-date information, as well as connect with our customers, and vice versa.

In the News: Carlyle Group Completes Purchase of DuPont Performance Coatings

Since we sell RAL powder coatings, many of you have been asking about the the Carlyle Group's purchase of DuPont Performance Coatings. The DPC division has nothing to do with Teflon* coatings that we distribute and the Industrial Finishing Division will remain a DuPont Division. 

The Carlyle Group has completed the $4.9 billion purchase of DuPont Performance Coatings and announced on February 4th, 2013 that the company has been renamed Axalta Coating Systems. The company has been in the coating industry for over 90 years and will be a good investment by the Carlyle Group.
