As Intech grows and expands, we remain focused on offering our customers excellent customer service. We recognize the importance of providing prompt, personal service and support to our customers. For this reason, we are very pleased to announce several changes to the Intech Services family.
Karen Nardo has been promoted to Senior Customer Service Representative. Her primary focus continues to be on customers service, logistics, and Teflon® supply.
Aimee Masella has joined the Intech Customer Service team as our new Office Manager. Her experience in customer service and management will enhance our ability to provide our customers with excellent service. Aimee will be a primary interface with our customers on the phone by directing calls and ensuring you get your needs met immediately.
Cheryl Goldstein has also joined the Intech Services team and she will be doing Market Research and Customer Service. Her new role will help give Intech a better understanding of the markets we serve and help us focus our energy towards growth.
