We're at the NACE Corrosion 2015 Show!

NACE Corrosion 2014 is the largest corrosion exhibition in the world and is being held at the The Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas from March 15-19. The trade show and conference feature paper presentations, forums, a basic workshop for corrosion related topics, and attendees have the opportunity to learn about the latest technology and standards in the corrosion control industry. The event is expected to have 6,000 attendees and 380 exhibiting companies.

We are displaying DuPont™ Teflon® industrial coating products, specifically corrosion resistant one-coat coatings, Ruby Red, and the new Tefzel® coating. 

We are also excited to have Vice President Chris Dohl serve as co-chair for the NACE International sub-committee for STG 02-Coatings and Linings, Protective: Atmospheric.

Chris’ involvement with the development of corrosion coatings has led him to become an active member of technical sub-committees TEG 311X and TG 148.  Below are the date, time, and location of the sub-committees Chris is co-chairing.  Please be sure to visit these sessions at the Corrosion 2015 show.

TEG 311X - Threaded Fasteners: Coatings and Methods of Protection for Threaded Fasteners Used with Structural Steel, Piping, and Equipment Monday, March 16, 2015, 10 - 11 A.M. Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, Room 142 The purpose of this committee is to share information concerning, and discuss effective methods for, corrosion control of fasteners used with structural, piping, and equipment connections.

TG 148 - Threaded Fasteners: Coatings for Protection of Threaded Fasteners Used with Structural Steel, Piping, and Equipment Monday, March 16, 2015, 11 A.M. - 12 P.M. Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, Room 142 The purpose of this committee is to revise NACE Publication 02107, "Coatings for Protection of Threaded Fasteners Used with Structural Steel, Piping, and Equipment."
